What is the order cut off time?
Order cut off time is Sunday night at 10pm for delivery the following Wednesday.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, you can change your order anytime up until Thursday 10pm, as long as the order value is equal to or greater then your order value.
If your new order value is greater than what your initial order was we will email you a payment link for the outstanding amount.

Why can I only chose items from "this Weeks Menu"?
We like to offer a rotating range of menu selections so that people can discover some new meals to try.
This also means the chefs can focus on quality of the meals rather then the quantity of the meals to choose from.
As we grow we will increase the selections available each week but for now we want to make sure we can maintain standards.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order value of $75.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest, though we highly recommend creating an account so that you can view and manage your orders.
Accounts are not automatically created after purchase, so if you wish to create one after you placed an order, ensure you use the same email address you used to place your order.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express and also Apple pay, Gpay, UnionPay.
Currently we do not support Zip or After Pay.
What days do you deliver?
All orders are delivered on Wednesday between 4am & 5pm
To see if we deliver to your suburb use the Delivery Checker on the contact page.
How are the meals delivered?
Your meals will arrive in an insulated box with dry ice packs to keep them cold.
Orders will be delivered following the instructions you enter during checkout.
If you do not leave instructions we will do our best to leave it in a safe location. We always take a photo of where we place your order to verify delivery.
How much is delivery?
We charge a flat fee of $11 for orders in the Brisbane region and $15 for orders in the Gold Coast region.
What areas do you deliver to?
Currently we only deliver to suburbs in Brisbane City, Logan City, Redland City, Moreton Bay Region, Ipswich and the Gold Coast.
We will be opening up delivery to Sydney, Melbourne in the very near future.
Do you offer pick up?
No, not at this stage.
Can you deliver to apartment buildings?
Yes, at checkout there is a box abelled 'Delivery Instructions'. You can enter gate or door codes here.
If your building has specific areas for deliveries please include these here as well.
Alternatively place these delivery instruction in your delivery address. Use the box that says 'Apartment, suite,etc'. This will save automatically for all future orders.
How long do the meals last?
Our Ready Made meals will last on average 5 days if they are kept at or below 4c, however each meal will be stamped with a use by date.
How do I store my meals?
All your meals need to be stored in the fridge below 5c. The closer to 1c the better.
You also have the option to freeze your meals should you not consume them prior to their use by date.
Are the meals frozen/fresh or MAP packaged?
Our meals are delivered fresh sealed in ready to heat containers.
You have the option to freeze them if you like.
Currently we do not offer MAP (Modified Atomsphere Package) packaged meals.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
All allergen are listed for each product in our range and available to view.
We do our best to ensure that all allergens included in a product are listed, however we cannot 100% guarantee that they do not contain traces of other allergens.
Our kitchen produces many different foods and as such there is always a very small chance of cross contaimination.

How do I heat my meals?
You will find heating instructions for each item listed on it's label.
Ready Made Meals - peel a corner back and microwave on high for 2.5 minutes, stir before eating.
Soup Noodles - Peel a corner back and microwave for 2 minutes. Peel the lidding back further and remove the top tray and empty into the soup, microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir and enjoy.
Are the containers microwave safe?
Yes, only heat your meals in their containers in the microwave.
If you do not want to use the microwave to heat your meals, you can remove the meal from its container and heat on the stovetop, in an oven or a steamer. Just make sure you use a heat proof bowl.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes, you can sign up from any page by clicking the floating 'Rewards" button.
Points can be redeemed against purchases and you also receive bonus points on your birthday.
We run promotions throughout the year so keep an eye out for these as they count towards your points balance.
How do I earn points?
Members earn 5 points for every $1 spent, excluding delivery.
There are bonus points annually for your birthday, providing you have set this up in your account.
You must enter the date at least 30 days out from your birthday.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem ensure you are logged in then click on the floating 'Rewards' button and flow the prompts.

Send that to anyone you wish and when they order they will receive $10 off their order.
