Storage
- Keep meals at or below 5c at all times
- Meals have a 5 day shelf life, but can be frozen if you wish
- Do not refreeze a meal once it has been defrosted
Heating
Fresh - Peel a corner of the film back and microwave on high for 2.5 minutes, be careful of the steam when peeling the film off once hot. If meal is not completely hot return for a further 1 minute.
Frozen - Peel a corner of the film back and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Peel film back and stir contents to spread the heat. Place back in the microwave on high for a further 2.5 minutes. Be careful of steam as it may burn.
